Orange Roasted Beef

This recipe is easy to make, pop into store and ask for the right amount of beef you need to feed your particular number of diners - this recipe is simple and forgiving.

It is worthwhile marinating your beef overnight if you can - bring it out of the fridge 2-3 hours before you plan to cook it.

Ingredients:

  • Cut of Beef to Serve 3-4:

  • 3 Oranges

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Veggies, mash, Yorkshire pudding to serve!



Instructions:

  1. Juice 3 oranges and mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Marinate the beef in the juice of 2-3 oranges for at least 3 hours.

  3. Roast at 200C for 1 hour 10 minutes

  4. Check beef is cooked to your liking

  5. Serve with all the trimmings!



We like to roast our veggies with rosemary for extra flavour!
