Serve with rice and chapati.
Ingredients:
Thumb of grated ginger or tsp of ginger paste.
2 Cloves of garlic grated/crushed or tsp of garlic paste.
1 Green chilli finely diced.
2 Tbsp mayonnaise.
1 onion grated (or finely chopped if you can't handle grating it!!)
1 Tsp sea salt.
1/2 Tsp aromat.
1/2 Tsp black pepper.
1 Tsp white pepper (or add more black pepper).
1 Tbs olive oil.
2 Tbs cornflour.
60g Butter.
Method:
Mix up all the ingredients (except the butter) in a bowl large enough to take the chicken. Add the chicken to the bowl and marinate the chicken (2 hours or overnight).
Heat the butter in a pot, and add the chicken that has been marinating - and all the sucey bits! (If you are cooking rice on the hob put it on to cook while you cook the chicken).
Cook on a gentle/medium heat for 40 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked through and serve!
